Practical offers empty matrix trays (parts not included) for PBGA, CABGA, TABGA and fleXBGA^® packages. The list of matrix trays below is only a fraction of the matrix trays available. There are many different tray manufacturer’s and hundreds of tray types. Trays also vary by color, height, material, bakeable and non-bakeable, JEDEC, EIAJ and other criteria. Tray quantity may vary between tray manufacturers.
Various tray manufacturers available.
Trays are available with different temperature ranges from 50°C–200°C.
Tray temperature at 150°C, 180°C and 200°C is bakeable.
Tray temperature at 125°C and 140°C is low bakeable.
Tray temperature at 50°C and 60°C is non-bakeable.
Most trays are JEDEC—some are available EIAJ.
