This Weller® Reballing Kit features patented templates, etched to ensure precise ball placement. With a BGA template clamping fixture, probes, precision tweezers and screwdriver included, BGA components can be completely re-balled to original condition. Used with a temperature controlled hot air rework tool or station, the WPRB1000 saves time and money.
This kit's illustrated instruction manual offers simple and inexpensive ways to replace balls on plastic BGA components, eliminating the need to send them back to the factory.
