Cost effective evaluation and testing of electronic assembly and other processes is a critical part of implementing a new packaging technology. Practical Components µBGA® mechanical samples and test boards make the task easier.
Tessera provides mechanical samples in 0.5mm, 0.75mm, and 0.8mm pitch packages to simulate memory, logic and ASIC components. Both µBGA® components and test boards have daisy-chain configurations to conduct continuity testing. A lead-free version of the test PC board and components are available.
Tessera test boards are available for each type of Tessera dummy component.
